This month was a doozy. Let’s end it on a good note.

In the U.S.—at least the Northeast where I live—they say “March comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb.”

It means the weather is often cold, snowy, and well, sucks, for the beginning of the month.

But the end of March ends with mild weather and nicer temps.

Whomever came up with that saying hasn’t lived in NY in March in a while. It can be 70 one day but most of the time, it’s cold through April.

The saying made me think of what February can look like for freelancers.

It’s usually quiet work-wise in January and the first half of February.
